"Los Pequelíos uploader" (the "App") is an internal tool operated by Walaia S.L. (Spain) to publish original animated videos to its own YouTube channel, Los Pequelíos. The App is not offered to the public: the only Google account that authorizes it is the account that owns and manages that channel.
1. Data we access
When the channel owner authorizes the App with Google, it receives an OAuth access token and refresh token with these scopes:
youtube.upload: to upload videos and thumbnails to the Los Pequelíos channel.youtube.readonly: to confirm which channel is authorized and to read the channel's own video statistics.
The App does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and it does not access data about YouTube viewers.
2. How we use it
Tokens are used only to upload videos created by Walaia S.L. to its own channel (always as private videos with a scheduled publication date) and to read that channel's own statistics to improve future videos. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Storage and security
Tokens are stored encrypted at rest on infrastructure controlled by Walaia S.L. (a private server in the EU and its automation service), are never published and are only accessible to the authorized operator.
4. Retention and revocation
Tokens are kept while the App is in use and deleted when the App is retired. The channel owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The App also follows the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Children
The Los Pequelíos channel is made for kids. The App does not collect any personal data from children or any other viewers.

«Los Pequelíos uploader» (la «App») es una herramienta interna de Walaia S.L. (España) para publicar vídeos animados originales en su propio canal de YouTube, Los Pequelíos. No se ofrece al público: solo la autoriza la cuenta de Google dueña del canal.
1. Datos a los que accede
Al autorizarla, la App recibe un token OAuth con los permisos youtube.upload (subir vídeos y miniaturas al canal
Los Pequelíos) y youtube.readonly (comprobar el canal autorizado y leer sus propias estadísticas). No accede a otros
datos de Google ni a datos de los espectadores.
2. Uso
Los tokens solo se usan para subir vídeos propios al canal propio, siempre como privados con fecha de publicación, y para leer sus estadísticas. No se venden ni se comparten con terceros ni se usan con fines publicitarios.
3. Conservación y revocación
Se guardan cifrados en infraestructura de Walaia S.L. en la UE mientras se usa la App, y se borran al retirarla. Se pueden revocar en cualquier momento en myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Política de datos de usuario de las APIs de Google
El uso y la transferencia de la información recibida de las APIs de Google cumplen la Google API Services User Data Policy, incluidos los requisitos de uso limitado.
5. Menores
El canal es para niños. La App no recoge datos personales de menores ni de ningún espectador.
